BABY NEWS (7/24/01): Today was our ultrasound and we couldn't have been more pleased with the results. We have a real mover in there, and everything looks good. The upper left image is of the face, all the others are side views with the two rightmost pictures showing baby clearly sucking thumb. The baby was very active during the ultrasound and is the first time we've had any indications of movement. KERI GETTING BIGGER (8/07/01): Keri, week 18 of the pregnancy...
CARKEEK-HERCEY BABY on the way (7/11/01): Keri is four months along in the pregnancy now and she's not exhausted during the day any more. So far, she's doing great. We also found out our neighbors Michael and Monica are due in November and needless to say we are thrilled for them (and for us since we have somebody close going through the same thing as we are!).
Thanks Mom and Dad for the contributions towards our new digital camera that will be used to keep everyone out there updated with pictures of Keri as she progresses and stay tuned here ultimately for lots of baby pictures. The shot below was taken last night out on our deck and you can see Keri's starting to show. After this picture we ate a super loaded stir fry while watching the All-Star game then took a walk around the lovely neighborhood.
